Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Account Manager at Cloud Ready, based in Manila with flexibility for remote work.
The Associate Account Manager owns customer relationships and drives new revenue. You will be responsible for the entire sales process—from building the initial pipeline and running demos to closing business and growing accounts.
What You’ll Do
Prospect & Qualify: Run targeted outreach campaigns, set qualified meetings, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the process from discovery → demo → proposal → close, coordinating with technical specialists as needed.
Grow Existing Accounts: Identify and execute on upsell/cross-sell opportunities, manage renewals, and mitigate churn risk.
Maintain a Clean CRM: Log all touchpoints and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
Be Field-Ready: Actively meet with customers and prospects across Metro Manila for on-site visits and events.
Key Milestones (Success in 6 Months)
A consistent weekly meeting cadence and qualified pipeline coverage aligned to your plan.
Clear movement of deals through sales stages with documented next steps.
Your first closed-won deals and/or significant expansion wins.
Healthy renewal posture across assigned accounts.
Crisp weekly forecasts and impeccable CRM hygiene.
What You Bring
Strong English communication skills and executive presence.
High drive and resilience—you are comfortable with outreach, handling objections, and closing.
An organized, detail-oriented approach to managing your pipeline and priorities.
Accountability and a results-driven mindset—you are motivated by exceeding targets.
Bonus: Experience selling technology services/SaaS or using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

On-Target Earnings: 50/50 OTE mix tied to sales target attainment.
