Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate AI Engineer at Cloud Ready, based in Manila with flexibility for some remote work.

The Associate AI Engineer will help build and deploy the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. You will work alongside our senior architects and engineers, using our proprietary Flow AI service framework to deliver secure, private generative AI applications for our clients on AWS.


What You’ll Do

  • Build AI Solutions: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy custom GenAI solutions using our Flow AI framework on AWS Bedrock.

  • Develop Secure Connectors: Write and maintain code for "FlowBlocks"—secure connectors that integrate with client databases and SaaS platforms.

  • Orchestrate AI Models: Implement logic to route requests to the optimal foundation models (e.g., Claude, Llama 2, Titan) to balance performance and cost-efficiency.

  • Deploy & Maintain: Assist in deploying solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of AI applications.

  • Write Quality Code: Produce clean, testable, and well-documented code, and participate actively in code reviews and team learning sessions.

Key Milestones (Success in 6 Months)

  • A clear understanding of the Flow AI framework and core AWS services like Bedrock and Lambda.

  • Contributed production-level code to your first client-facing AI project.

  • Successfully developed and tested at least one custom FlowBlock connector from start to finish.

  • Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot common issues in AI application workflows.

  • Active participation in team meetings with a grasp of our project goals and client needs.

What You Bring

  • Strong programming fundamentals, especially in Python.

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • A foundational understanding of machine learning concepts and the modern GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, etc.).

  • A collaborative and proactive mindset with a genuine passion for learning new technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS) or experience with APIs and data integration.
